Al has worked for ExxonMobil for over 33 years in a variety of safety management and security positions globally, with regional roles in the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Post-Soviet States, and in Africa. He currently leads the SHE function for ExxonMobil operations in Mozambique which includes Socioeconomics programs.
