Career started in 1976

Having assumed the management/co-management of the Nampula – Rio Ligonha and Rio Ligonha – Alto Molócue Road works and the Maputo City “A” Basin Drainage System.

Afterwards, he led the Maputo City Waste Water Drainage and Purification System construction works.

In 1993 he was appointed Director-General of DOMUS – Sociedade de Gestão Imobiliária SARL [Real Estate company]

He chaired tree arbitration committees, Both arbitrations had a final outcome accepted by the parties in dispute.

He occupied the position of Director General of ANE-National Road Administration, in June 2005 to July 2007,.

Chairman of Board of Directors of  Administração Nacional de Estradas – ANE ( National Road Administration) – July 2007 to May 2011.

MOP-Maputo Office Park- Managing Director – February 2011 to September 2013.

Resident Supervisor on Contract for Repair of Manoeuvre Areas of Pemba Airport – September 2013 to February 2014.

Construction Specialist – UNICEF Guinee Conakry worked on the Ebola program financed by World Bank  December 2014 until June 2015

Lecturer at Eduardo Mondlane University from 1993 until now

Independent Consultant  in the field of Civil Engineering- Jully 2015 until now
